1. About LensHero

2. Scope of the service

LensHero enables users to order prescription lenses for eyewear sold by partner retailers. We provide the prescription lens production, processing, and delivery service. The retailer remains responsible for the eyewear product itself.

3. Returns and complaints

If you experience issues with your lenses, contact either the retailer or LensHero at support@lenshero.io within 30 days of delivery. We will cooperate with the retailer to resolve the issue in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Limitation of liability

LensHero is responsible for ensuring that lenses are produced in accordance with the prescription provided. We are not liable for errors caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated prescriptions, nor for damages resulting from misuse or unauthorized modifications of the product.

Our total liability is limited to the value of the service purchased through LensHero.

5. Data protection

By using our service, you consent to LensHero processing your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content, code, and materials developed by LensHero remain the property of Vue AB. The retailer receives a non-exclusive license to use any LensHero code that is necessary for the plugin to function on their website.
